Lourdes Celtic Division 4 champions review

This season saw the return of Drogheda side Lourdes Celtic who were regraded into division 4b. This group also had some big name clubs in it like, Chord Celtic, Square Utd, Bohermeen Celtic and Albion Rovers to name a few. Lourdes got off to a great start and led the group for most of the season, their closest chasers were chord Celtic who kept on their coat tails all season and would have probably taken them to a playoff game in their final group match only for Square Utd to put a halt to Chords title challenge on the 2nd last game of the season.
Lourdes made it to the title playoff and they would be up against a well fancied Carrick Rovers, who themselves were pushed all the way by Kingscourt Harps. Carrick whos 1st team had already won division 1 were looking to make it a club title double with div 4 and most neutrals were backing the Carrick to secure the title, however, Lourdes were not to be beaten on the night and they claimed the division 4 title courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Carrick to give the club the first taste of silverware and would mean they return to division 3 next season as champions.
If you have any pics or footage from division 4 please send it in to us for our end of season video review which will be coming up soon!
